Hey, I’m Patience Mutunga I’m making an impact on SGD 5,4,3 and 10. This International Youth Day, I’m a proud youth Changemaker showing the world that my impact matters through the #MyFutureMyVoice Campaign by YACT-AMREF. In the heart of Kilifi County, I and my team we are passionate young ladies and we have sparked a movement of hope and change. Through our youth friendly initiative (Empower Her Initiative) we walk alongside Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW), opening doors to education, economic empowerment, and the power of decision-making and critical thinking. We also nurture mental wellness, reminding every girl that her mind is her greatest asset. Step by step, we are shaping confident, self-reliant young women, and the community’s warm embrace tells us one thing together, we are building a brighter future.
